Lost at Sea Together (LAST) is a movement dedicated to supporting suicide survivors, both those who have attempted and those impacted by the loss of a loved one to suicide. Inspired after the loss of a close friend, LAST was created by David E. LaVergne to be a resource for families and friends affected by suicide and suicide attempts.
(Please note, this is just a support site. If you are struggling with depression or suicide, please reach out to your nearest therapist or counselor.)
